Lina Sheveleva

 

Born in Odessa (Ukraine)
In 2009, after graduating from the National Choreographic College in Chisinau, Moldova, she was invited to the National Opera and Ballet Theatre and at the same time entered the Academy of Music, Theatre and Fine Arts.
Two years later, Lina started her solo career at the “Imperial Russian Ballet” and in 2012 she presented her first work as a leading ballerina to the audience.
Thanks to her skills, a natural and very subtle sense of dance, she manages to combine great lyrical imagery and grotesqueness.
She is unusually harmonious in any role that she performs.
In 2013, Lina graduated from the Academy of Music, Theatre and Fine Arts in Moldova
In September 2014, Lina became the first performer of the leading party of the Angara River in the first Russian planetary eco-ballet “Flying over a Legend”.

Winner of the “Youth Dance Festival” award, Romania (2nd prize)
Award for contribution to the development of culture and art (Moldova)
